"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. "I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. Once they were done they cleaned up and as I walked the yard with them and each time I asked a question or pointed something out they patiently answered all questions. "Amazing. I had great intuition on Dennis, Joe and Raymond. And wow. They delivered exceptional work! The project had a lot of turns given its age (1920s home) and they were up to task. Dennis was the general contractor that lead the team figuring out the most effective way to handle each “project”. He handled roof extensions, roofing, flashing, crocks for the downspouts, gutters with gutter guards, painting etc. Ray did a great job on siding and all metal work needed. Joe was a great addition to Dennis’s team and was there every day to assist with high quality work. Not only did they do great work, they are just great people. Showed up when asked, delivered until the job was complete (2-3 week job) and can’t say enough how grateful I am for these guys. I will be hiring in the future 💯"

"I had tried to get the contractor who recently roofed our home to come out and do the repair since we were still under warranty. After several phone calls to them and no attempts to address the issue, I checked Angie's list and called Hammer Time. They came out the same day to access the problem, determined what needed to be done and came out the next day to do the repair work. They had to install flashing, sheath the plywood on the chimney and install the vinyl siding in the chimney. We have had a couple heavy downpours since the repair with no leakage. We are very pleased with their prompt response and good work."
