"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. 
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.

"It's a small house but they did a lot of work.  They had to take these big beams and the big long boards next to the ones that were already there that were termite infested.  My kitchen had sunk to the point that if there was any liquid on it, it would pour under the kitchen table.  It was no small job I guess.  They didn't crack the ceiling and I was so afraid that the house was so old.  I had the kitchen repainted and redone and was really afraid that I was going to see some cracked walls but all I saw was some doors.  I do have an issue that I need to call them back on because some doors are sticking now that the floors are even.  Other than that I was pretty pleased with them.  I don't know enough about what they did or how well they did but it appears that they did well.  If they respond to my problem that I'm having right now then I will use them in the future."

"On the exterior work the brick is a match with the existing parts of the house that were previously already brick which was a concern.  Windows are a big improvement over what we had.  For the price - very good.
For the partial kitchen remodel we needed a wall moved and a new electrical line added.  Excellent work and quick.

"They actually had to do the roof twice. It wasn't their fault. They did it in November and then they redid in May because it turns out that the asphalt tiling didn't color properly. They actually filed a claim with the manufacturer and then redid it using different and a probably better product. There was a hiccup there. We were pretty happy with the price and their willingness to make it right. It was a slow process but it wasn't their fault. The tile company was fine too but just slow. They had their warranty process. It looks good and we were happy. It was definitely worth the extra effort. We happy with the looks. It makes the house not quite as hot in the attic. It did take a little while to get started once I made the initial call. Once he did get started he was good. He would get back to me. They didn't give me any hassle and no run around. They worked quickly and well. They cleaned up. It was a competitive price. He was also willing to bid for it."
