He was willing to inquire whether it was possible to get a round and bone colored toilet. He installed all 3 toilets in a very timely and professional manner. He cleaned up after finishing his job. He also rebuilt a faucet in one of the bathrooms. He was pleasant and professional when he had to return to take care of a leak below the sink.
