If any work is conditional (my case, *;clean gutters if they need cleaning*), have it spelled out in writing in great detail. Domingo arrived promptly for giving a quote on fixing an end cap of a gutter; we agreed that in addition, if gutters need cleaning, he will clean them for a separate fee. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
