"I hired Eric to clean my new property's gutters last summer. He was friendly and thorough in all he did. He was honest with me when he discovered that the gutters were in dangerous disrepair, and some of them installed incorrectly. (I have been discovering my house's many quirks since purchase so this was not a surprise.) Eric suggested some options and I booked him to do a full repair job for a few months later. The repair job took several days as expected, and the whole time Eric kept me updated on his progress and any new problem areas he came across. He went above and beyond adding patches on places we had identified as leak spots, replacing a roofing tile, and stabilizing my balcony after removing the gutters from it, and he was kind enough to not bill me extra for it. He even managed to clean and repair the gutters on my garage, which is not the easiest to access! I was so impressed with his work. The repairs look great and have eliminated 2 interior leaks. I appreciate Eric's expertise and straightforward approach and will definitely be hiring him again."

The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
