"The service was nothing short of spectacular - from the communication we received, to promptness of the stuff, to the interaction we had with the technician. We live in a condo, and not everyone understands the context of condo living. Manny (our tech) came, left his shoes outside the door, immediately asked how the plumbing was set up, and explained different possible scenarios. He did a very thorough assessment of our situation, and explained possible causes. AN o-ring on the disposal needed to be replaced, and Manny went to his truck trying to find a replacement, even if this was not part of his job. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. But most importantly, Manny went way above and beyond of the 'job'. He wanted to help! It was obvious, he cared! At the end, he simply said, if you do something, do it right! It is so rare to hear this nowadays, this old-time work ethic and pride in your work. I can't complement Manny enough! I'd hire him in a heartbeat, for whatever work that needs to be done."
