"Don was wonderful to work with. He did a great job getting my Main shutoff replaced. But when we turned the water back on no water was coming thru. That's when we discover a section of galvanized pipe. So Don also unexpectedly replace a section of my waterline for me which solved the problem but did add more to the price. But it was well worth it. I got my bad water shut off fixed and with that section of pipe replaced I now have 3x better water presser in my home. Highly Recommend DJ's for your plumbing needs and will use them in the future if I ever need to."

After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.
