"The install was great! The owner came by and followed up with me during the install. However, it's been just over a year and the door does not fit because the bigger heavier posts that they said would support the weight of the door twisted and many other posts have twisted and separated. Slats of the fence are starting to separate as well. So all in all, the install was great but the guarantee of their work is unacceptable."

"They were always very responsive and flexible, and were here and working every single day for the entire lengthy job. That's almost unheard of. It was easy to make changes and to discuss things with both the on-site foreman and the owner. Everything was handled professionally. On some days they voluntarily stayed late to finish whatever they were working on. They always hung huge "room dividing" plastic sheets when they were doing dusty things like removing bathroom tile or significant wallboard work. Whenever there were problems, and there were few, they were taken care of quickly. Whenever something came up, such as when I realized 4 of the toilets they installed that I had chosen based on a magazine review performed terribly, they had no problem taking them out and installing a different model of my choice without delay. Another thing they did that's rare is after all the work was done and paid for, the continued to respond to questions and requests for minor tweaks or changes quickly. They disposed of trash and whatever else without ever being asked. I can't say enough about the quality of this company. The only possible "negative" was the price. Though not unreasonable, it was certainly not low. Like with any contractor, if you add more things for them to do the price goes up. You get what you pay for. If you want a great company to work with, this is it."

"Good solid work.  They build a nice door-frame and installed it properly to fit in the opening which they reinforced with angle iron (to their design which was better than mine).  They even bought new lumber (and painted it) when it became clear they could not re-use the existing door-boards (and only charged me for the cost of the boards). Door is hung correctly and has two locks.  Read earlier reviews about them being hard to reach / follow-up and I believe there were some issues in May-June but theyseem to have it all together now.  Would recommend them for similar work. <br />"
