"Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim.
These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. Definitely perfect craftsmanship. Sam was also easy person to work and talk with, very comit man to all of our requests. We’ve absolutely found our contractor!"

"There was an unexpected charge for punching a hole in the drywall and installing a five foot copper wire from nearest light switch box to feed to each of the 4 lights. There was a second upcharge to convert from 6 inch to the modern 4 inch diameter LED lights (expected). Unfortunately one of the workers started his work early failing to understand that 4 inch was to be installed, he cut a hole for 6 inch. Now the drywall has to be patched to close the hole. They were punctual, fast & cleaned up. There is more work to do, ie convert existing 6 inch incandescent down lights on the lower two floors, those total to about 15. This work was done on the third level. I would re-hire if these things were addressed."

Eric, the owner of EM Electrical and also a licensed electrician as well as handyman provided excellent customer service and responsiveness to a problem at my tenant's house. He came within a day of when I called him and provided superior work in installing a new ceiling fan for the master bedroom.   The old fan was improperly installed and was not to safety code regulations and Eric provided a way in which the new fan could be installed to code and installed an electrical box in the wall which would provide the needed power for the new fan along installing the wiring along the beam to run the electric from the box to the fan in an attractive and safe manner.
Eric also provided additional value added services by trouble shooting a number of other issues that needed to be addressed such as installing a new thermostat,  trouble shooting the fridge ice maker that was not working and diagnosing the problem and what the solution would be, as well looking at problems with  the operation of the dryer and washer and garage door all for minimal extra cost as primarily value added service.
Eric is very professional and knowledgeable and provides very reasonable rates for quality service.  He will also let you know what needs to be done and if he is not the right person for a particular service he will refer you if desired to other reasonably priced and professional contractors who perform the service.

"I was contacted within one hour of my service request and an appointment was set for 8:00 AM the next day. They arrived on time gave me an extremely reasonable estimate and proceeded to do the repairs and installations I needed done. The service man worked quickly and efficently, checking to make sure things were where I wanted them to be and cleaned up his work areas when he was finished. I have several other projects and will definitely use Western Electrical & Lighting Services again and recommend them to others."

"Fair grade only.  Bought the Big Deal, $49 for $249 worth of electrical services.  Needed one simple outdoor outlet installed, figured the "$249 worth of electrical services" would cover it.  Not the case. Was charged an extra $100 for what Jose said was "supplies" even though one outdoor outlet, cover and some piping to bring the wire about ten feet must cost about $50.  Could have gotten this done for probably about $125 total with supplies.  So in the end the $150 was a bit pricey and not such a "Big Deal.".  Also Jose tried to up-sell, trying to convince me to upgrade my electrical panel for a bigger paying job.  I agreed my panel needs updating but was not looking to spend thousands. Jose seems like a nice guy but would be better served not trying to up-sell.
