"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

We met with an architect and other contractors. The architect would have been suitable for major renovation and the contractor required a specific build plan. We contacted Chas and Ryan of Olver Enterprises, who provided guidance from start to finish. They specialize in this type of remodel, were knowledgeable and patient throughout. The work was completed by our deadline and we are really pleased with the results. It is worth mentioning that we also required full interior paint, which Olver was able to subcontract out.
