They asked me multiple times if my husband would be present for the estimate and insisted that he needed to be there. I explained that this is difficult as we both work full time and my husband is in school full time. We also have a 2 year old. They insisted it couldn’t be just me and my husband had to be there even though I am the co owner of our home. I was able to find a time that would work for us but then was told in order to receive the estimate we would have to sit through a “presentation”. I asked how long this would take and they said at least an hour. This seems excessive to get an estimate for some windows. I denied the estimate and presentation and will be looking elsewhere."
