"I highly recommend Lee’s Doors! I needed to have the backup battery for my opener replaced. Almost immediately after I put in my inquiry with Angi, I received a call from Josh. He was courteous and professional and I was thrilled that he was able to work me into his schedule the very next day! He arrived on time replaced the battery and inspected my door. He spotted a few problems and clearly explained my options. He did not try to sell me expensive equipment or services that I didn’t need. He even volunteered to change the burned out light bulbs in garage ceiling and my garage opener. I’ve been in this house for three years with only two dim lights in my garage and now it is fully lighted! ☺️🤣 Thanks Josh! He even took the initiative to screw in the wall console that wasn’t secured by the previous owner. He honored his very reasonable agreed upon labor rate and didn’t charge me for this extra work. also reasonable rate for his labor. I highly recommend his company."

"Repair job turned into a new opener installation. Felt their diagnosis and recommendation to install new opener was honest and fair. Honored (without asking) an old coupon 'sticker' on the garage door for labor discount and also one for a free keypad opener. And accepted a free service call discount for mentioning the phone book ad. Very professional job and customer interaction. Very pleased overall. Only 4.5 stars above ...because very little is truly worth 5 stars, IMHO."

"Most of the crossbars in our fence started to sag after a winter or two. The crossbars seem far too fragile if this is going to happen. Had to spend a few hundred dollars to replace them. A small piece of hardware of the fence has to replaced. The fence is black and I was told the piece doesn't come in black. By the end of the call not only am I getting a different color but I was told *I* have to paint it. They won't."

"Good and bad. I referred my mother-in-law to Adams because of their good reputation. This is the only reason she hired them to put on a new door. According to her she had a difficult time getting the job scheduled after she had hired Adams. She called 3-4 times during the weeks of 5/6/13 and 5/13/13 to set-up an install date. The install date was finally set for the morning of 5/17/13 and Adams didn't show or call that day. The following Monday, 5/20/13, after another phone call, they arrived and installed the door. The door install went well and the door works well, but by Thursday, 5/23/13, the garage door opener quit working (she had called Adams earlier in mid-week telling them the opener was making a bad noises). She called Adams Friday morning and they said they could do nothing until after the Memorial Day long weekend. This is when I got involved. The reason the opener didn't work was because the chain sprocket shaft on the door opener was sheared off. I replaced the sprocket myself. I called Adams Tuesday, 5/28/13, and told them I could tell from the tension adjustment on the chain that it was very, very tight. Wayne, the service repair person who I spoke with, said the person who installed the door may have adjusted the tension but would have known what he was doing since he was a seasoned repair person. I'll have to believe this and just call it coincidence that the door opener quit working within 3 days of the new install. I write this review because my mild mannered, 76 year old mother-in-law is not happy. She's old school and expects good service and she doesn't believe she got good service. Fortunely, it appears she got a good garage door and installation. <br />"

"I came home from work on Tuesday and the garage door I usually park behind would not open. The problem was the arm that attaches the door to the opener had pulled loose from the door. I called WD Door and they were at my place the next day just about the same time I got home from work. Not only did the service technician repair the door, he also check the other garage door's operation and lubricated both doors. I have used WD Door for all my garage door issues since my home was built in 2000. Their service is excellent, prices are fair, and I highly recommend them to anyone. <br />"
