They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "There were several pieces of lumber that needed to be cut out and replaced, which required strengthening the whole structure with wooden braces while the work was being performed. Gary had to think outside the box and consider different options to find the best solution. In the end, the approach he took was relatively quick for the situation and very safe. The result was a carport nicely restored, stronger than it has ever been. Throughout the process, Gary was responsive, efficient and very good at explaining his train of thought and his plans. And the price was very reasonable. Overall, a great professional which I recommend without any hesitation."

When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"
