They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "Jim the owner met me at my home and measured the space in the bathroom. I wanted a complete remodel. Jim provided some great suggestions on design and colors that would work in the small space. Him vetted his team of contractors to make the project seamless-from electricians to tiling to painting. Everyone was professional and friendly and cleaned up after. The finished project is absolutely stunning. See the before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company. Extremely efficient and detail oriented. "Marsh contracting came in and took our 50+ year old bathroom and made it into a great, functional space. I wish I could explain the awfulness of the "before" situation they were facing. Tile and plaster 3 inches thick; square, heavy bathtub that need to be removed; galvanized steel pipes with years of corrosion blocking water flow. They had great suggestions for improvements and helped us stay within our budget while still taking care of the things that needed to be done. They were prompt and worked quickly; the only hiccup was on our side with a delivery issue, and they were able to work around it and keep the project rolling. Bob and his team were upfront with us on everything, and I felt that I had a clear idea of how the project was moving along, next steps, and the timeline for completion. Communication was never an issue, whether via email, phone, or text. And my super picky Father in Law has even complemented the great tile work!"

Whenever I call and no matter what I want to talk, I can get reply with all the information I need. When I asked for reconnecting one of the water lines, they spent a lot of extra effort to let it done in a timely manner. "

"John, Ken and their crew did a fantastic job. We needed to have our second floor bath redone when the stack in our 100 yr old home failed. KAS was able to take care of all the plumbing including replacing the stack down to the basement. They were able to work with me on my design ideas for a vintage mosaic tiled bathroom and the quality of work was impeccable. They were always polite and professional and did a good job of keeping the house clean and working with me around my WFH schedule. I would absolutely hire them again. Job came in on time and within budget."
