It was clear the whole time how much personal pride Brian and his team take in their work and in customer satisfaction. Another wrinkle is that I work from home. The Dinse Contacting team were respectful and cognizant of that fact and took great pains not to disturb me. The work itself: Brian and the team redid my entire finished basement, adding a full bathroom and moving walls around. They dug a new egress well and put a larger window into the bedroom. The bathroom is a work of art. The entire level is now the nicest floor of my house (and the main floor isn’t too shabby). When the time comes to start doing work on the main floor, there’s only one company I’d trust to do the work, and that’s Dinse Contracting. They hung mirrors in my gym, laid amazing tile in the bathroom, built gorgeous workbenches in my workshop, and on and on. Final notes: redid the awful electrical they encountered when they opened up the walls; insulated the exterior and interior walls; laid flooring and underlayment; built a custom handrail that complements the design of the level; amazing trim work; bright and beautiful lighting; hung doors (even ones that had to be shortened) that swing effortlessly. Tile and plaster 3 inches thick; square, heavy bathtub that need to be removed; galvanized steel pipes with years of corrosion blocking water flow. They had great suggestions for improvements and helped us stay within our budget while still taking care of the things that needed to be done. They were prompt and worked quickly; the only hiccup was on our side with a delivery issue, and they were able to work around it and keep the project rolling. Bob and his team were upfront with us on everything, and I felt that I had a clear idea of how the project was moving along, next steps, and the timeline for completion.
