"I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Auger Pros Plumbing, specifically the incredible technician, Justin. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that I was in capable and professional hands. Justin showed up early for our scheduled appointment, which immediately set a positive tone for the day. His punctuality was matched only by his outstanding attitude - he greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that instantly put me at ease. It's rare to find a service professional who combines technical skill with such friendly, personable demeanor. During our service call, Justin expertly handled multiple tasks: Performed my yearly water heater flush with precision and care Installed a new bidet with meticulous attention to detail Replaced shower fixtures seamlessly Skillfully cleaned a clogged p-trap, resolving the issue quickly and efficiently His work was not just technically proficient, but also clean, organized, and completed in a timely manner. Justin's professionalism and expertise truly represent the best of what a skilled technician should be. I highly recommend Auger Pros Plumbing, and my strongest advice is to specifically request Justin. His combination of technical skill, punctuality, and excellent customer service makes him an exceptional technician. Thank you, Justin and Auger Pros Plumbing, for an outstanding service experience!"

"Corey McCutchen was the young man that installed my kitchen faucet and also had to replace the 2 water valves. He did a fantastic job, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He cleaned up after he was finished and left no mess. I would hire this company again."

"Ben was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, had the repairs made quickly. Thanks so much, highly recommended!"

"This was a tough decision for me to spend a lot of money to fix my seeer line. But the people at Mother Modern made me glad I did this, that I chose them. Tyler was top notch and Jerry was the best plumber I have ever hired and the excavation crew were the best."

"It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend? Emphatic YES. If you're reading this far, you already missed making your appointment with him. Next project"

"Jimmy came out, checked things out, gave me an estimate. William & Chris came out & did the repairs. Would call them again. The guys were very polite & hard workers"

"Very professional from start to finish. Completed the job as described and approved. He had to perform more work than originally estimated but the charges for the job remained the same. Honest and fair in his business dealings. Highly recommended! Will call him when there is another plumbing need."
