"The plumber, Brian, relit the pilot and while he was waiting for the tank to warm up and shut off he did a minor drop repair on my kitchen faucet. The repair went well but the tank is over 15 years old and has shown signs of coming to the end of its life. After talking it over I decided to go with a new tank. The estimate was a bit higher than he originally thought it would be but on suggestion from his boss he installed the new tank the same day and also replaced the PVC piping with copper tubing, hence the extra cost. I now have a shut off for both the water and the gas as well as a handy way to flush sediment out of the system regularly to extend the age of the new tank. I was very pleased with Brian's attitude and demeanor. He never pressured me for the new tank but gave me information and let me make the decision. I would definitely go with this company again."

"Coles Excavating came out to repair a broken main water line. They provided a very reasonable quote and completed the repairs as promised. I was out of town when the repairs were needed, but they did an excellent job communicating my options with me over FaceTime and making sure I understood what needed to be done. They completed the necessary repairs while causing as little disturbance to the surrounding area as possible. I would definitely recommend Coles Excavating to anyone needing excavation or water line repair work. Great communication, fair pricing, and quality work!"

"The plumber called before the expected time window was up letting me know he would arrive a little bit late because of his current location. I had both garden hose spigot valves replaced, and then when the final check showed that the pressure regulator was not regulating, had that replaced as well. Well done, no leaks, thorough clean-up, and complete replacement of the insulation on the exposed main water line where it comes up into the house. Would recommend."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the water heater replacement performed by Plumber of Tucson. The two plumbers who stoped over for a formal estimate discussed alternative options to the existing gas unit (as I had requested). After a thorough and informative discussion, my decision was easy. The gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable. They not only answered all my questions but also gave me maintenance tips. The installation cost was very competitive (far less than most estimates I got). I will definitely contact this company for future plumbing needs."

"StrongBuilt has been a huge help in the inspection process for our new home in Sahuarita. Scheduling was quick and easy, and technician Charles was great - knowledgeable, prompt and pleasant. He cleared most areas, but found a need for water heater replacement and provided a quick and reasonable quote. Our realtor was also impressed. Strongbuilt has a place of honor in my contact list."

"Eric did a great job installing garbage disposal and kitchen faucet."

"I feel good about the water heater replacement. Two technicians worked collaboratively on the installation. They did a good job, but after they left, I smelled gas. I called the company, and they sent a technician out immediately. He made a small adjustment, and it seems fine now. The cost was higher than I had hoped, but ultimately, I would hire this company again."

"I needed some help moving a washing machine and dryer into my laundry room after a renovation of a floor replacement. The company came out right away, was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job installing the appliances and taking care of our needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"Sal and his son Joe were very conscientious in the way they performed their work. The main issue was replacing a water heater and this was done very well. They also did some faucet and supply line cutoff replacements and one did turn out to be difficult and required rework. They did this with no complaint and got it corrected quickly. They explained things accurately and let us know what will happen each step of the way before it happened."

"My technician Steve was awesome. Very punctual gave me my options on what I could do to repair a 22 year old AC unit and they gave me a good deal on the replacement of the outside unit. I would certainly hire again and will be doing so when I have to replace my second AC unit that's still running but probably not for long as it's 22 years old as well. overall very courteous very punctual and didn't try to oversell me but worked to get me a solution that fit my needs. This approach was very much appreciated."
