"He is great. He is all about taking initiative. He does not want to replace anything unless it is necessary, but he will repair everything.I am very, very please with him."

"Len came to give us an estimate on a Saturday, right before a Badger game. He was a very pleasant man, with a cheery story or two to tell. There was no pressure in the sales, but we quickly agreed to be put on the schedule. Len recommended the paint brand to get to help our colors stand out more. The crew arrived on our street by 6:35, but waited until 7:00, as promised to take over our house. They did an absolutely fantastic job and were meticulous in their work. Within 1/2 hour of their arrival they had the entire area COVERED in drop cloths. They patched what needed to be patched beautifully while others were busy trimming and painting. I failed to ask Len to paint our utility room and when I mentioned it, Len said he had planned on painting it anyway, as the job would look incomplete if they didn't. They were finished and gone by the time I returned at 3:30 in the afternoon. I found no drips or drops of any sort. I can't wait to have them back for the rest of the house."

"I had a new top mounted sink and faucet installed. Replacing an older one. Very professional. Prepped the space with drop cloths. Outlined the work. Then completed with cleaning and vacuuming the space. I would recommend them."

"I described the symptoms over the phone, and he correctly identified the problem and gave me some pre-appointment steps to take. He was later than planned for the repairs, but it was near the end of the day and weather was hazardous. He was quick, careful and was able to come up with a clever solution for a design flaw in the drain. Pleasant, informative, and reasonable. Will call again if other appliances fail."

"Provider was very responsive, professional and easy to work with. Showed up on time and performed the work in a timely fashion. When clearing the drain, it was discovered a short time later that some debris had made its way into another pipe (unbeknownst to the repair man), which clogged the sink drain. I contacted the provider and they returned within less than 2 hours and fixed the problem right away. Accidents happen but the company corrected the problem right away. Very professional and friendly both me and my tenant.

"Fast, efficient, and courteous. The guys came on a RFQ call, and ended up doing the work the same morning. They had the replacement pump on the truck, and installed it within 2 hours, including testing. Cleaned up after themselves. Left all the paperwork with a guarantee on the pump and their work. Very happy."

"Jay was friendly, courteous and very professional. It was a pleasure having him fix our problem. He responded to our requests almost immediately and resolved our problem within hours. I would definitely recommend Jay to others and would certainly call him for future plumbing projects."

"Ryan is very intelligent. He fixed my pantry light that was suppose to shut off automatically. He repaired deck boards, installed 2 tables and helped arrange my deck. He can do anything I need done, so I will be calling him regularly when I need help."

"He was very professional. Explained in the beginning option of replacing it or repairing. Did his very best to repair, and was able to repair it."
