"Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"

"A volunteer was helping cut the sheetrock from my house and accidentally sliced a hot water hose in the kitchen. It stopped spraying water / leaking when we turned off the hot water. Even though it was going to be an incredibly minor job, I couldn't access the connection to the hose that needed to be replaced without damaging additional sheet rock, so we called the pro. Sure enough, he actually just cut out the damaged section of the house and put another connector on it. Took him all of 5 minutes. However, instead of charging the full rate, the pro gave us a discount in light of the job requirements and in consideration of the damage to our house. We certainly appreciate it!"
