"A pipe that supplied the hot water heater was leaking water onto the floor in the garage. Zef and an assistant from Flow Solutions was able to arrive within a couple of hours of my call. The problem I could see was that water was on the floor under the water heater. They quickly found the problem in the wall behind the water heater. They pulled out the wet drywall and the insulation, found the leaking pipe and replaced it. I liked it that Zef told me about the licenses he holds for doing this work. He explained to me that the wall must be left open to let it dry well before repairing it.
