Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"Called ODP to come and give me an estimate for a repair of a main water line leak. Zach came out and priced out a couple of options from repair to replacement of the old line along with the risks of choosing one option over another. I went with the repair option. Zach and Eric came out quickly and had the repair completed in a few hours. Only down side is that those tankless water heaters are not cheep...but not their fault. Had another estimate and it was a little more so it is what it is..."
