"Great job! Mike waa on site for entire installation. Answered all questions and explained entire system. Appreciated his attention to detail. Give this company a 5+ rating!"

"I recently moved into a rental that was not taken care of by previous tenants. I had sinus issues the moment I moved in which lead me to find a hvac company to come clean the ducts. I was able to schedule a service within 2 days of the request. Ken was an exceptional tech who serviced this home. His attention to detail has now made my home more enjoyable to live in and my sinuses are no longer an issue. The sanitizer he sprayed in the venting system is what sold me on this company. Very pleased with this company and Kens service. I hope I save someone the pain of searching, like I did. Look no further, I would highly recommend using them."

"Dan Fontana gave me a great price up front. Jason and Ramon did a fantastic job installing the units. I definitely will use them again."

"Options explored in detail & selection of unit was made by me. The proposal was sent out after an onsite inspection. Vendor identified that additional ductwork was not needed which another bidder was anxious to replace at a much higher cost. Terms and conditions were agreed upon in writing. Installation was performed the following week and an onsite inspection was made by a reliable source, since I could not do so myself from my home in Illinois. The service met and exceeded my expectations."

"Unique gave me a great deal, installation was excellent and they stand behind their product!"

"I so appreciate constant contact with a company and their willingness to answer questions. Extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful from the owners to the installers and in between. I would like to particularly give a shout out to the 2 young men that installed both air conditions in the brutal heat and long hours. Super helpful, ,knowledgable, trustworthy , and friendly and cleaned up their mess!!!! I know if there is ever an issue I can call and they’ll help me resolve the problem promptly. I recommend this company!!!!"

"don is very professional. Great price and rick and kevin did a great job of installation. I recommend them to anyone who wants polite and helpful service. joe darlington"

"I hired them once. They installed a new water heater. That was a good experience. I have another project I wanted to hire them to do it. I had 7 (seven) lights were installed in my kitchen. The company that did that used Utilitech lights. (Care Electric was the one who installed these cheap crap lights. Out of those 7 lights only three still work. I wanted to hire this company to fix that. They quoted me Five Thousand dollars to install the Newblights. I did not use them as it was overpriced in my opinion. I am still seeking a company that will quote a reasonable amount to either put seven new lights in my kitchen or Replace the four that went dark. I do not like the Utilitech lights which are discontinued anyway. Care Electric did the original Shoddy work that cost a lot and did not last. This company wanted to follow their example by charging me FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to install five lights? I am not rich and live in a modest home. I must look stupid and appear to be a perfect candidate to be ripped off is all I can think. Jane G."
