We spent tons of time figuring out how to re-configure the bolts that did not easily conform. (I was having back problems from the sagging mattress.) Brian was excellent in figuring out how to re-construct the frame and listened to all my concerns. When his assistant, Aaron, came at my request because the new King-size mattress could not be moved by one person, we were in business. Both men solved the problem with expertise and efficiency. It took longer than they expected (which I suspected it would), but the results were absolutely to my satisfaction! Brian, in particular, was awesome -- he knew exactly what was needed. I have been a past customer of Jim the Handyman and have been recommending them to friends. But this job put them at the head of my list of people to hire for a difficult job!"
