They were the only lawn specialists who pointed out that soil in my area is "clay-based" and that required continual watering. This was different from the "gardner's" advice on the radio. It worked. They suggested setting up electronic lawn systems with timers. All very good. My only problem is that they failed to fertilize my back yard several time. That lawn has declined."
