"Excellent! I can't say enough about Juan Trujillo. He was courteous and professional on the phone when I called. Since I knew exactly what needed to be replaced he was able to give me a quote over the phone. The plastic, original to house, pressure reducing valve was leaking and I knew the old twisty shut off valves were shot. He was very specific that he only used all brass valves for replacement parts. Gave me a realistic expectation when he would arrive. Pouring rain and Northern VA traffic on days like this and he was here like he stated. He inspected the problem, quoted me the price again, and got the work done in a timely manner. He tested the system and didn't try selling me anything else that I didn't need. "Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."

"The plumber performed a cursory check of the plumbing in the house. The outdoor faucets and refrigerator ice maker line were overlooked as well as the floor drain under the spa tub.. On the phone prior to the visit, I asked how long it would take to perform the   water heater "flush" and inspection. He said about 45 minutes. It took him about 30 minutes including the water heater flush. He looked at the plumbing in/under each sink, tub and shower and noted there was no evidence of leaks and  pointed out   a few obvious problems I was already aware of ( e.g. disconnected sink plugs, old faucets, etc.). Even though this was an Angie's List "Big Deal" supposedly at half the usual price, i thought it was excessive for the  service provided.

He repaired a leaking pipe in my master bath, furnished and installed a gas 50 gallon hot water tank, furnished and installed a new garbage disposal, installed a kitchen faucet I provided, replaced two outdoor hose bibs, replaced the main water intake valve and installed a pressure regulator, replaced two other shut off valves.
