We'd give higher rating, but can take some time to schedule an appointment, and then fairly big appointment window. We keep using them (3rd time or so) because the technician is very good, and quick to point out things that truly need addressed. Plus, no hassle or questions when they had to come back out to redo the fix. Prices are pretty standard with rest of the appliance cadre in the area."

His job was a little (maybe a lot) more difficult because we tried to fix the oven ourselves. We took a lot of pieces apart, had many screws laying around but couldn t remember how to put it all back together. Tough job that most people would turn down! "Repairman Chad is an extremely knowledgeable professional who did give up until he identified the problem with my induction stove top. And it was an electrical problem and not the stovetop at all. He is courteous, pleasant , and was very mindful not to damage the hardwood floor. I was able to get an appoimtment the day I called and Chad arrived at the expected time. There was even a courtesy phone call to let me know of his ETA. I am very pleased with the service provided."

"This service was outstanding in every way. Mo repaired our microwave that a box store repair said the broken spindle could not be repaired five years ago and the oven was no longer made. Last week it sparked and entirely quit heating . I called Ace Appliance Service on a Thursday afternoon. Mo came by on Friday morning, looked the microwave over, said he could get the parts and repair both the spindle and heating problem. He got the parts on Monday and repaired the over on Tuesday morning. So much for the big box outfit. Mo is a pro in every way. He will be my first go-to for any appliance problem."

"Company was the first to respond to my initial inquiry and a consultation appointment was easily scheduled for a convenient time that was very soon. The two technicians arrived on the day scheduled and within the timeframe provided and were safely wearing masks and social distancing in my home. (All appointments/approximate arrivals/on-the-way communications were emailed, clear and correct.) The problem of the control panel not working was diagnosed as needing to be replaced and a follow-up appointment was scheduled after the part located and verified to be obtainable. A quote for the part and repair was given before they left my home. The oven is 15 years old and the lead technician assured me, correctly, that it was much more expensive to replace than to repair. Repair time was scheduled, they arrived on time and quickly replace the part, and I now have my beloved oven working again! I made a down payment of a little less than the cost of the part and repair at the end of the initial appointment and the balance when work was completed."
