"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"We played phone tag for a couple of days but when we were able to speak we set up a time for Mr. Wallace (Owner) to come to my home.  We agreed that he would inspect the roof and then call me at work with his findings.
I was not home but he did call me at work to suggest the repairs that needed to be done.  He quoted me a price, I agreed to it and then he made the repairs the same day.
