"Fred's Plumbing installed two 50-gallon hot water heaters and expansion tanks and replaced an instant hot. His people were very skilled and workmanship showed it. Best plumber I have used in many years and will continue to use Fred's Plumbing. Fred was professional and the estimate which he gave me was the actual cost. I highly recommend Fred's Plumbing in Fairfax, VA."

"The project was great with Snell from start to finish! Joseph presented all of my options in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Dan and Gabe did an excellent job with installation. I am extremely pleased."

"I can't say enough about DB's Plumbing. I called in the morning, had a return call within hours and they were at my house that night. 24 hours later, the new hot water heater was installed! Price beat all others. Duncan was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. DB Plumbing is now my GO TO PLUMBER!"

"SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!"

"Everything seems to have been done extremely well. The guys doing the work are the ones who showed up (right on time) to do the quote. They gave me EIGHT different options for the work I was looking to have done. Understandably, they tried to get me to do more, since they were already there, but there was no pressure or expectation of me agreeing to some of the things I could very easily do myself. They also did not do the typical contractor thing of... "if you agree and sign now, you can get an extra 10% off.' They told me if I agreed now, I'd get priority scheduling. But they were out to do the work within, I believe, 2 days so I don't know how you get much more priority than that. They also did a "free" whole home electrical inspection where they checked all our outlets. Understand they were trying to find more work :) but it didn't cost me anything other than a little time and allowing them to walk around the house to check the outlets. The only issue I did had/have is that I haven't been able to schedule the inspection for the work and that is really mostly on me. I'm sure if I called, they'd help me get that scheduled. Just haven't gotten around to it. The Beacon team's communication was terrific. Workers showed up on time, worked hard and completed in the time (a little less) than they said. Regarding value: I did receive a quote for less from another electrician but the warranty wasn't really comparable to what Beacon offers. And, I also hired them at the same time to do the installation of a new tankless water heater. Since I hired them for both and had a quote for a little less, they worked with me on the price and brought the electrical work price down a bit, which I very much appreciated. They also did a great job on the water heater. They offer no interest for 12 months financing through GreenSky and I was able to combine the two jobs into one GreenSky account so another plus. Overall, this was the best contractor experience I've had in a VERY long time and will definitely reach out to them next time I need work done which they do."

"Very well. The pipe had a pinhole leak in a copper elbow joint and required cutting the pipe, in a confined space, to drain standing water. G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Workmanship was exceptional, potential mess and additional Sheetrock damage was minimized, G**** Miranda worked tirelessly for 3 hours and produced a satisfactory repair."

"Rene, the owner of R-Plumber arrived on time for a Saturday project evaluation and did a thorough professional review. He offered reasonable suggestions about the scope of work, and noted that two of the apparent problems were actually not in need of repair. He was immediately likeable, and although his cost estimate was in the middle I hired him. His assistant Luis worked well through the day, doing a great job on the water heater and disposal install, and although the 45 year-old bathtub faucet replacements took a lot more work than expected there was no complaint or request for additional money. I will use him for future plumbing needs."

"Quick, thorough, and candid replacement of water heater."

"Tried to push me into purchasing a new water heater and quoted me higher price based on estimate from their affiliated company (which had accidentally quoted me wrong price initially)."

"Juan from GS CUSTOM REMODELERS LLC did a fantastic job. He communicated well about his availability/timing; he arrived when he said he would, he did the work quickly, and his fee was more than fair--even generous, I would say. He didn't consider the problem, which bedeviled us, too small to deal with. We were impressed, and we will ask him to do more work for us."
