Mr. Davis personally came to provide us with an estimate and made several recommendations that saved us money, but did not cause any decrease in quality. He provided us with a color chart to select a stain. We are so glad we changed from the "traditional" redwood stain. His workers arrived on time, moved our deck furniture and did the work requested. I was amazed with the attention they paid to detail. We are very pleased with our deck and have received complements from neighbors about it. The most important part of the job involved replacing 2 rotted supports for our porch. This too was done carefully and correctly. We would definitely recommend the company and will hire again."

Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"We renovated our previously finished basement level after a flash flood damage. This included a family room and a guest bedroom. Edwin and his team did a wonderful job completing the 4-week project that involved removal of old flooring and placement of new luxury vinyl panels, drywall repair, installation of new ceiling lighting, demolition and rebuild of the fireplace mantel, replacement of doors, and repainting of walls and ceilings. Edwin was great keeping us in the loop and communicating with us, including any changes to the work schedule and mid-job proposals for work additional to the initial estimate due to unforeseen issues arising from original construction of the home. They were also very responsive to our questions or requests. We are very happy with how everything turned out and will plan to use their services again for future renovation projects."

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.

"We took advantage of the $250 deal to have our powder room painted with some small drywall repair as well. We also had the trim done which added $25 to the total price. The painter was very prompt, professional, neat and respectful of our home as he had to remove and replace some of the wall fixtures to do the job. We didn’t have the paint at the time of his arrival which actually worked out well since he gave us some great recommendations on the type to purchase. He got started right away and it only took about 3 or 4 hours to finish. Everything went very smoothly. We will definitely be having them back to do a few other rooms in the house."

"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home.
