When it later had a simple closing issue, they pushed the service appointment out to April or May. I ended up fixing it myself. Two years after the roof replacement, this winter I noticed wet spots on my ceiling and wall, and even wet carpet ? something that never happened before. Again, they scheduled the inspection for May and said they were too busy to come sooner. That makes the warranty feel meaningless when you actually need help. The sales pitch was impressive, and they clearly invest heavily in marketing. But based on my experience, the warranty service has been very disappointing. If you are choosing them mainly for the warranty, be cautious."
