The best part is everything was done on the phone and by email. We didn't have to sit through a long, high pressure sales pitch and feel obligated to buy. Instead, I called Zen, Scott returned my call and heard what I wanted to do. I took rough measurements of the windows, then Scott sent me a quote and answered any questions I had. After a quick measurement of our windows by Zen, they were ordered and installed 5 weeks later. The crew was excellent, I hardly knew they were in our house, and very professional-wearing a mask the entire time they were here. Everything went so well, we decided to replace the rest of the windows in our house using Zen, as well as our sliding glass door, based on the quality of window and workmanship displayed by Zen! "Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless.
