(our extremely friendly indoor cat got lots of attention from the team!) The work required three days to fully replace all ductwork in a two-story home with attic and crawl space, and Paul the team leader would check in with us each morning with a briefing of each days' activities. The entire team was constantly in learning mode, with the senior technicians mentoring and teaching the younger team members, which greatly impressed me.
