They did a fantastic job remodeling my parent's dated kitchen on budget and in the timeframe promised. The whole project start to finish went well and my Mom is thrilled with her new kitchen. I am very impressed with the workmanship, attention to detail, and care put into the job by Josh and crew. When minor hiccups came up, Josh was always calm, candid, addressed issues quickly, even going above and beyond what was required. "Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did. 
Overall, I would give them a B-.

"This review is long overdue.  Dave Bennington and his crew (especially project manager John) did a top notch job on our deck/enclosed sun porch project.  Dave was extremely responsive, competitive on price and prompt.  Even in the extreme heat of this past summer, he had his guys get as much done before the day got too hot to try to stay on schedule.  I am happy to speak with anyone who is thinking about hiring Bennington Builders and would not hesitate to hire them on a future project.  My wife and I are very particular and Dave expertly dealt with all our requests.
