Still had occasional severe blockages. Jim (very nice guy) ran his camera through. Yup, tree roots, in the most difficult to access section of clay pipe I had not yet replaced. He used the Hydro-jet cleaner enough to buy me some time to do a more permanent fix ( replace the pipe).
