"I was recently in need of a roof that involved shingles and tpo. There was a valley on the house that was holding water. I called up Fernando on a Friday at around 1:30. I wasn’t expecting much being that it was the end of the week and getting late in the day. Fernando had asked about the material I had used for the big TPO porch on my house, and that was all it took. Fernando showed up with a grey roll of TPO and put in a perfect valley at the specified location within a few hours. Fernando was packing up and leaving within three hours of arriving. The valley required the removal of a lot of shingles to make space and even working under and undershot, but after inspecting the job came out perfectly and there was no damage to the existing shingles around. Great communication and perfect execution. Would definitely recommend this professional."

"My experience was great.  Upon initial visit Rocket Construction performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof and attic noting all issues and work to be done.  We sat down and they explained in detail my options and costs for the new roof work.  They were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.  I was able to confidently choose the work to be done and roof style/materials from our conversation.  There was no pressure to "sell me up" on work I did not need (we were able to re-roof the house without stripping off the old roof which saved considerable money). A week later their work crew was at my house and completed the entire roof in one day.  The owners stopped by twice to check on the work and the cleanup afterwards was good.They even offer a visit after one year to inspect the roof and clean it of any accumulated moss and debris.

"I needed two layers of old shingles removed, a new layer of plywood installed over the old shiplap roof boards (they were in poor condition), and a new asphalt shingle roof installed. The job was not only completed on time, but it was done during rainy weather on Dec. 23rd & 24th. Oren's crew (Oscar & company) were fast, efficient, and thorough. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
