"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me.  Arthur Shchukin came out and spent his time measuring and explaining options for window installation. He gave us a reasonable bid for labor. We agreed that all material he will purchase, he will be giving us all receipts back (so we can keep track on materials). We were very happy with the bid and signed the contract. The installation crew was very professional, thorough, hard working, and personable. They were at our house for a week, arrived promptly (even worked evenings and weekend), and always cleaned up before leaving.
We purchased the casing and molding materials and he did excellent carpenter?s job, also his team crew professionally painted them. We are totally satisfied and the installation is a major improvement (both functionally and visually) to our house.
