I was so happy with the carpet that I had this business do the tile outside on my porch. It had 30 years of water marks and dirt that I couldn't get out even with spending hundreds of dollars on a pressure washer. To my surprise these guys got it to shine and sealed the tile so that it will last another 30 years. This is an amazing company. I will be calling them for every floor cleaning service I may need."

"We hired American Grout Specialist to install our tile back splash in our kitchen.  It was a fabulous experience.   They responded quickly to our inquiries. Showed up on time. Left the area clean each night and did a meticulous job on the tile work. I would hire them again in a second. <br />"

"Our cleaning tech was Didier and he actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. Fine with us. Didier was very professional and explained everything he would do to make our sofa clean again. He took great care in handling the fabric cushions and sectional bases. He even used floor cloths although we have tile floors. The sofa sections were vacuumed multiple times - there was a lot of cat hair embedded in the fabric that our vacuum wasn't able to handle. Because the cleaning process was so successful, we opted to have Didier apply a fabric protector coat. <br /> The process of vacuuming, cleaning and protecting the sofa took over 5 hours but the sofa looks great. We are very pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend or family member.  <br />"

He simply stated that his regular service should give great results, and that it would be all I needed.
