"Tim promptly reached out and set up an estimate appt for replacing my sump pump system. Was very informative and explained the recommended job details well and clearly. Seemed fairly priced compared to other quotes. Was on time for install appt, explained the system and showed me the sensors/light functions. Exceeded expectations. Would recommend Tim/Drains Inc to family and friends."

"Drains R Us responded to my emergency call where others didn't even though these others said they had emergency services. That is why Drains R Us was hired and they did an excellent job. Their customer service worked!"

"We are new homeowners and had a hole in our septic tank made of concrete block, which was sending wastewater into the foundation/basement of the home. It was my first time using Angie's List, and I would recommend Illinois Sewer and Drain to anyone. Joe and his team of experts solved our issue immediately at an affordable price. They even went above and beyond to install a sump pump in our basement to help with the rain water. Quality work!!"

"Aqua Doctors is my go-to for any plumbing needs. I trust Paul at AD with any plumbing situation. While working on an issue on a bathroom faucet, he kindly unclogged the drain on another sink."

"It went great. Chris was everything you would want in a contractor. He was clear with what the problem might be and upfront with a potential cost. He was also courteous and great about communication. We have an older home and ultimately Chris had to do some rodding to clear the floor drain. It was great working with Chris and I would certainly reach out to him again for any future plumbing needs."

"Joe was great! He took a look at my drain leak, accessed the problem and fixed the leak. Completely happy with this service call!"

"Very fast efficient service. The televised sewer inspection was pricey. The sewer rodding service was in line with what others charge. Their technician was courteous and helpful. He was at my house about an hour after I called. Very respectful and professional."

"They were timely, competent and excellent in relating to me. Worked hard, got a floor drain unclogged, and provided some useful information."
