"Outstanding!! Plumbing was done by Aaron Brown and electrical work was done by Daniel Roady. Mr. Brown replaced my plumbing which was well needed. The job also needed some drywall repair, and light carpentry also performed by Mr. Roady. The job was a bit difficult because there wasn't a dishwasher before. The new appliance went in the space previously occupied by my refrigerator. Mr. Roady found a way to anchor the dishwasher until I can get countertop piece put in. All the work was tested for leaks and stability. They left the workspace CLEAN! Southern Plumbing has payment options which make things easier on the budget. I will continue to use Southern Plumbing as a one stop shop for my projects. If I could rate more stars, I absolutely would! "Everything went great. I didn't have time to research, I just took the first person who was going to come fix it. They were here when we needed them. 

Their promptness stood out. That was an emergency situation because once that line bursts, there is a lot of pressure there. Water was going everywhere so we basically had to shut the water off to our house. Just having someone just come within an hour was very helpful for us.

"I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."
