"I foun this company through Angi (formerly Angiâ s List). They arrived within 45 minutes after first the contact. Both, Brad and Alex were extremely friendly and courteous. They worked well together as a team. We were quoted a ridiculous amount in the thousands by another company. Zoom came in and got to work. The issue with the backed up shower drain was resolved within an hour or so. I like that they started working the issue and not make an assessment just by looking and saying what they think is causing the problem, then quote an insane amount to fix it. I canâ t praise them enough for coming and taking care of the drainage problem. The worked hard to clear the blockage. Thanks again, Brad and Alex!"

"Josh arrived the morning after my call for service to unclog my kitchen sink. I had exhausted my efforts by using two different plungers to no avail. I was quoted a reasonable price agreeing to the charge. I just felt it was going to be more of a job than either of us thought. I was correct as Josh snaked and augured the drain pipes without success. Moving to a clean out he worked revealing a grease plug. To move it required air and water pressure and an acceptable price increase. After about four hours, all blockage was moved along and the drain was open. If needing a plumber in the future, Josh will be the first I call."

"I called Hains Drains and they agreed to service my drain problem on Saturday. The issue was bigger than expected and they came out of Sunday to finish everything. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. I will use them again in the future."

"Brody Jacobs responded to my HomeAdvisor query within 24 hours, did a site inspection, and provided an estimate within another 24 hours. Without exception he responded to texts regarding project schedule (we had to work around the spring weather). The entire project was completed within an April afternoon and looks great. During the job, he found a way to divert downspout water from the yard into our sump drain line, further mitigating our drainage problem. A very good experience."
