"David was very professional and skilled. On a Sunday, he responded quickly to my urgent request (water was backing up into my bathtubs due to an underground pipe breakage). He was able to identify the source of the problem (which was not straightforward), cleaned and fixed a broken exterior underground drain (with Nu Drain). He even identified and fixed another displaced drain connection, and installed a cleanout at the exterior of home. He had a very positive attitude (even in the cold rain) and stayed until it was done (while working in the dark). He was very good at explaining the situation and the work that needed to be done. He seems to have state-of-the-art equipment. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. Would definitely hire this service again."

"Travis and his team were absolutely awesome. From the moment I first spoke with him on the phone about the issue, I felt like he was trustworthy. I had called him for a 2nd opinion on a kitchen drain pipe that was blocked and traversed the entire floor of our finished basement. We had to pull up the flooring, jackhammer in through the basement concrete, replace the pipe and put new concrete. Executive Drains did it quickly and very well, and mostly importantly, with great communication throughout. Highly recommend!"

The water flow improved throughout the house and the drains were functioning much better - no more water backing up in the hall bath tub when the washing machine was draining. The Sheetrock work was the weak link in this job. In places the sheetrock replacements looked good, but in some spots the work was sloppy and they did not clean up very well after they completed their work."

"There aren't enough superlatives to properly rate this company. My wife and I are Realtors. So we deal with a lot of plumbers, electricians, etc. Axiom is far and away the best in all areas - friendliness, competence, experience, pricing, honesty, promptness - you name it. Our main drain line was clogged. After 3 different plumbers failed to fix the problem, Rob Evans of Axiom PDX found the clog and fixed in less than an hour. Rob saved us thousands of dollars in bogus repairs that had been proposed by the other plumber. Unless I am forced, I will never use or recommend a plumbing services company other than Axiom PDX. "Ayden Hart and Adam Bukva were here for 2 biz days and replaced my CPVC wit PEX A. Next is city inspection then work will be complete. They did need to remove some Sheetrock to access main level and upstairs bathrooms. Very professional workers."

"I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."
