"I had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami Beach. Their team quickly identified a broken drain line and clearly explained several repair options for me to choose from. They were transparent throughout the entire process and made sure I understood exactly how the work would be done. Within just three days, the repair was completed and my shower drain is now functioning perfectly again. Shawn, Hansel, and Damian were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Highly recommend their services!"

"I was dealing with a toilet leak and water damage around the base, but couldn?t figure out where the leak was coming from. They traced it back to a bad wax ring and a loose supply line. The toilet had to be pulled, the ring replaced, and everything reset and sealed properly. They also checked the surrounding pipes to make sure there were no other issues. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and they took the time to explain what was going on. Everything has been solid since. I would hire them again."

He worked efficiently, skillfully, and honorably. Overall, I was very pleased with the result, and happily recommend Erick/TD Services of So. FL!"
