They removed the old mudroom and full bath, matched everything perfectly (down to finding the same lot of tile one year later) and even built a utility/dog shower for our newest member of the family. The highlight of the project was the custom built lockers/cubbies Matt's team built and installed. They serve us well daily, and they were our best option after months of looking at retail options. Jason and Dakota, who did the majority of the handiwork, kept their work space very clean and tidy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful of my home and belongings. "We tried to previously start to remodel my kitchen with a company that promised all the things we wanted for our kitchen. They had said they could do everything and anything we wanted the exact way we had wanted, let s just say everything went bad, lots of money gone to waste over the promises they could not meet. They couldnt even do a floor correct so I called master craft and design who we previously spoke to but didnt hire which was a huge mistake but I called Eddie and expained everything so he agree it wasnt ok or bye code over 4 months with no kitchen 3 kids just imagine. He helped us and guided us in the right path on how to get out of this nightmare contract and to contact a lawyer which we did, so for legal reason I cant say the company's name but Eddie did not have to help us at all since he was not our contractor at that time, and had nothing to do with it.but he had no hard feelings or wasnt upset that we chose to go another way which was great of him. but master craft and design is the shining light at the end of a dark tunnel. Let s start off by saying, yes I did hire Master Craft and design after everything was said and done with the previous company. I would be crazy not to hire the company. The other hack company had cleaned us dry Emotionally and financially and never gave us any money back or even a sorry just 4 months of broken promises. but this company Master craft and design worked with us on cost and everything else. it just wasnt about money with them which was amazing. Yes I would be stupid not to hire them. He has delivered everything I have wanted and so much more. The quality of his work,his professionalism,his communication,and his delivery through this whole kitchen remodel has been outstanding. He came in when I had literally nothing and was so stressed and crying every day because the other hack company had done a hack job. He had assured me that everything was gonna be amazing and I was in great hands And all I have to say is wow amazing fast kind and my cabinets are high quality never seen cabinets this high end ,my counters are high quality, my floors are high quality, everything they have touched in this kitchen has been high quality and has been done with love. And for fast but great i never once thought wonder where all my money went boning saw it They have taken care of my home like it was their own. Not only did I feel like a customer I felt like family. I couldnt Express how amazing they are in any words they blew this kitchen out of the park.as soon as the first day of work was done . my whole family felt stress relief felt safe knowing our home was in a great company's hands amazing team.please if I could tell anyone anything it would be that ur crazy not to hire this company. Like I said before they are family now and no one will ever touch our home if they dont work with this company. "Kitchen and flooring was wonderful. Bathrooms had continual plumbing issues. However, Russ came back out each time to rectify the problems until it was completely resolved. Russ is very responsive and easy to work with. Every job can have some hick-ups, but Russ kept at it until it was satisfactory."
