My biggest gripe is that they cut corners with the toilet rebuild (skipping gasket replace first time) yet upon speaking to the owner Al, I should be happy because they have a warranty. Another thing to be aware of is that they need to replace everything with their own parts all around to guarantee their work. Don't expect them to just change out one broken part. Our toilet innards had been replaced several times in the past 2 years but we had to do it all again with Al's."
