"I am in the process of selling a rental condo and I used my warranty company to fix some plumbing issues in the place before it is a sale. The diverter valve cartridge in the shower needed to be replaced. ($30) The vendor refused to do the simple fix and even after I called into the office or Sonoran I was informed they insisted on replacing the entire valve with a Moen and also have to cute through my drywall. They also indicated it would be an additional $250. I am sure they do fine work but I will be contacting my warranty company about this."
