They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. He also made the floor where I could roll in if necessary. No step up. He widened my door in case I ever needed a wheelchair. My vanity top and spigot were totally replaced. He put marble on the floor throughout and up the walls partway. New towel rods were installed. He also built a seat for me in the shower. I am very pleased. It was a message job, and took some time but it was worth it."
