"We did an almost $400,000 addition to our home. The work was completed in December 2021. I’ll come back here to finish this review pending completion of warranty work. We are very happy with our added space. As of now we would consider hiring them again."

"The screened deck and extension project was great. Bryan communicated updates on the project regularly. The completed addition and screened area turned out even better than we had hoped for. Will definitely have Addison Construction do more projects for us in the future."

"Andrew from Woodwright and Millwork did an amazing job with our interior door installation. He was quick to respond about both requests to come and fit our slab doors into frames that had shifted due to old age. All the doors open and close with ease now! I highly recommend him for any projects and will rehire when I have another project."

"We hired Rob to build an addition of a master bedroom and a screened in porch. Rob and his team were very responsive and worked with us to create a space we love in a timely manner. He has been very communicative whenever weâ ve had questions or concerns, and the work done was quality and reasonably priced. We would recommend Rob and his company for anyone looking to add onto their home."

"Was easy to hire, showed up on time, work completed and professional and timely manner. Would absolutely use them again for any additional fixes needed."

"I am writing to recommend that you add Edwin Lopez, owner of Luxury Renovations, Inc., to your team of trusted professionals. I recently hired Mr. Lopez for a flooring job in my Apex, North Carolina, townhome. From the initial conversation and consultation, Mr. Lopez was extremely polite and professional, addressing all my concerns and questions. The estimate he provided was detailed and accurate. He explained exactly what he was going to do and followed through in a timely manner, staying within the estimated budget. He was neat and cleaned up the job site upon completion. The quality and craftsmanship of his work are exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Lopez to friends and family. In conclusion, Edwin Lopez would be an asset to your list. Sincerely, Jeanette Sartori"

"Odyssey Contracting did extensive work on my deck to replace all deck posts and put them on new foundations. Part of the deck is open and part of it is a screened porch so I was apprehensive about the screened porch section with all that weight. Odyssey Contracting did a thorough inspection and came up with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and why. I signed the contract with confidence. They showed up quickly and did a careful and thorough job. Everyone on the team was friendly, courteous, and professional. I am totally pleased with the whole process and with the results. I recommend them highly. In fact, Iâ ve already recommended them to three friends."

"These guys did an excellent job, they were clear at every step, helped me through the insurance claim process, and were patient with me and my wife while we went back and forth on solutions. We live in a home on the historic register and feel a responsibility to only have the highest quality work done on our home and also to make wise choices on aesthetics. As a result, we took a long time to make our final decisions. In particular, we were very impressed with Billy, who worked with us and even helped me mount a sheet of metal on my roof to make sure the metal roofing we selected matched our other slate roof. For our other buildings, they were able to use high quality asphalt shingles to replace existing asphalt roofing. As this was an old home, there are a LOT of "nuances" which they mastered with the highest quality. I was thoroughly impressed throughout the entire process, and in particular, very happy with Billy who made me comfortable throughout the entire process."

"Amazing only took one guy to redo a whole apartment from the subfloors to all new flooring, dry wall, cabinets and paint made the whole place look modern and completely different than before definitely would hire again"

"Decided to place my family member in a retirement home instead of adding an in-law room and bath to my house. Initial quote was reasonable and affordable. I appreciated their time and professionalism and the prompt two way communications we had while considering the project."
