"I'm really late writing this review, but Fidel and the crew did an absolutely fantastic job building us a new deck. We talked at length about what I wanted, and he remembered everything I wanted done and did it perfectly. They used all long boards where appropriate, minimizing end-to-end seams. All corners are square and fit well, nails all subsurface, and quality wood was used throughout. The work was prompt and efficient, and cleanup and debris removal was perfect. The team was prompt and on time, and the job was finished faster than expected. We love our beautiful new deck, and wholeheartedly recommend JC’s Contracting. Thank you, Jose!"

There were some minor communication issues at the beginning, but these were addressed promptly and resolved without impacting the quality of service. One area for improvement would be the invoicing process. I expected to receive an invoice automatically, but I had to request one instead.
