"They showed up when they said they would and performed a rather nice transformation of a high moisture crawl space to one I no longer need to worry about. They installed new vapor barrier that unlike my old barrier actually covered the entire ground and was even cut around pillars, again unlike the old. They also installed a dehumidifier and rehung falling insulation batts, as well as sealed all the vents and along the foundation with foam. Finally it no longer smelly musty in the crawl space. Glad I did this before any wood damage had occurred, well worth the money. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and the job was done right, including gladly extending down a condensate drain next to the foundation that I had only mentioned after they showed up, as well as my nit pickiness with making sure the insulation batts were all perfect. you have not painted or stain decking board it will crack. We do not 
make the wood. We just install it. If you would like to purchase another
board and have us come back out we can. We will charge $99.00 for a 
service call. Or you could caulk and paint board and you want need to

carpenter told me that it was treated wood and should be allowed to 
cure for at least 2 months before painting. I don't think any treated 1 X
12 I have ever used has split the full length after installation. Your 
guys were supposed to come with a 1X12X12ft to cover not only the step 
but the full section of the porch. They called to say their local Home 
Depot only had 1X12X8Ft. and I agreed that would work to replace the bad
wood. I will now find someone to replace your work with good wood and 
stand by my critique of your work on Angie's list."

"Andrew, the company's owner, was in my area so stopped by an hour after I called to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to remove mold caused by a plumbing leak in my crawl space.  He showed up when he said he would and he called when he was on his way as I requested.  He conducted a thorough inspection and offered a solution that was effective and lower priced than other estimates.  We scheduled it for the next morning and it was completed as promised.
