"They scheduled to suit my schedule and confirmed when they were on the way and arrived when they said they would. They arrived in the early part of they scheduled window. The repair man removed his shoes before entering out house to preserve my wife's rugs. He was polite , knowledgeable and explained in my terms what was wrong and the probable causes. My control board had died because of age of unit and option was to repair or replace. Due to age, I decided to replace and going to purchase a unit on Memorial Day Sale today. I trust this company."
